Overview

Description

UNITE provides a unified way for delimiting, identifying, communicating, and working with DNA-based Species Hypotheses (SH). Current dataset includes DNA based taxon occurrences originating from any biological sample (vouchered specimen, living culture, soil, water, air, etc. sample) collected from Estonia and submitted to the UNITE database. Dataset also includes INSD sequences originating from Estonia and open to third-party annotation in UNITE.
